We source high-grade virgin polypropylene raw materials. Every incoming batch is inspected in our quality lab for thickness density and color uniformity before processing.

Fabric Spun-Bonding & Slitting

Using advanced extrusion and spun-bonding systems, polymers are converted into high-tensile non-woven fabric rolls. The fabric is then slit precisely to custom widths.

Automatic Bag Cutting & Loops Welding

The fabric rolls are loaded onto computerized cutting machines. Bags are shaped (W-Cut, D-Cut, Box) and soft loop handles are welded using state-of-the-art ultrasonic sealers.

Quality Checking & Cargo Dispatch

Finished bags undergo visual spot-checks for stitch integrity and load limits. Confirmed units are bundled, packed in moisture-proof boxes, and dispatched to wholesale clients.
